CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible! Queen Waxing & Skin Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee and can take it at discretion. The time to reschedule/cancel is when you receive your appointment reminder!! Please notify Joslynn at 2026076130 if you are unable to make your appointment and we can reschedule. Same day cancellation: Fee will be applied. If fee can not be collected $10 will be added to next schedule appointment. Groupon: Yes a card is required for booking appointment in the event of a no show or last minute cancellation, fee will be applied. Please cancel/ reschedule appointment if you: •Are not feeling well; cough, fever, etc or •Have come in contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID 19 within the last 30 days. Stay Safe!!!
